Chairside Whitening

We now offer the latest LUMIBRITE-Sapphire technology to our patients. We are one of the first practices to use Sapphire Plasma Arc teeth whitening, the latest type of whitening that is University tested for effectiveness & safety.
This light is non-UV for your safety. When you choose Balhannah Dental Practice for your whitening, your treatment is customised for you and performed by Dr Daniel Chin himself and not by less trained or inexperienced staff. In most cases, the whitening process takes only an hour.
At-Home Teeth Whitening
At-home teeth whitening, using gel and trays provided by your dentist, is the most popular method, and it dramatically whitens the teeth. This type of teeth bleaching typically requires two office visits. In your first visit, Dr. Chin will take an impression of your teeth, and clear plastic trays will be custom-fabricated to fit. In your second visit, you will try on the bleaching trays to ensure a proper fit.
Dr. Chin will send you home with care instructions for your teeth and trays. Depending on the level of whitening desired and the amount of staining of the teeth, the trays with the special whitening solution will be worn either for 30 minutes once a day, or overnight for a few weeks.
